Free period products
This week we launched our partnership with Hello Period which allows our women to anonymously access reusable menstrual products, paid for by Fletcher Construction. We’re totally focused on removing the barriers that let women succeed in construction – and one of those can be managing periods while working on-site.
The Hello Period scheme joins a great number of other initiatives aimed at significantly lift the number of women in our business and working in leadership positions. These include our generous parental leave scheme, the Women to Leadership programme with Dr. Galia BarHava-Monteith, making sure we have female toilets on-site, and sourcing PPE that properly fits our women.
