Brian Perry Civil’s David Taylor wins Safety Leadership Award
Congratulations to David Taylor from Brian Perry Civil for winning the Safety Leadership Award in the 2021/22 Site Safe Construction Health, Safety and Wellbeing Awards.
David has been recognised for his leadership role as project director on the Waikato50 project. This project had an ambitious goal to establish infrastructure to distribute an additional 50 million litres of water per day from the Waikato River in a highly accelerated 1-year programme. David’s strong leadership and collaborative way of working helped to achieve tremendous project outcomes. He played a key role in the planning and leadership of many health and safety initiatives. Despite the tight timeframe and numerous health and safety considerations, the Waikato50 project was delivered on time, on budget and with an exceptional safety record.
